Staying healthy is one of the most basic abilities we have as human beings, but recently there’s been an epidemic of obesity and general unhealthiness. Remember not too long ago when we didn’t know what a calorie was, definitely didn’t count them, and almost no one was obese? How did that work? Did everyone from our distant ancestors up until a few decades ago know something we didn’t? How were they able to stay fit and healthy so simply?
